Startup Oasis Committed Seed Fund in Neerx Technovation under SAP INNOCITY Program
Neerx Technovation provides sensing and data analysis solutions for understanding microclimate in crop fields. They have developed in-house sensors that are embedded in the field based on the crop type, topology and location to gather real-time farm data which is then converted into further application i.e. crop rotation and management, pest and disease management, soil moisture, fertigation and salinity management.
Agriculture is the backbone of the Indian economy. However, one of the major problems faced by farmers in India is they are forced to take decisions on farming without any accurate data available to them as farmers don’t have real-time knowledge of the soil and crops.
